Australian Mensa conference logo
Logo design
The Australian magpie, often seen around Canberra, is one of Australia’s most popular and intelligent birds. Recent research, published in the journal Nature, indicates that magpies that live and work together in groups have a higher intelligence. That made it an ideal symbol for the organisation’s annual gathering of members, the Australian Mensa Conference, held in Canberra in 2018.
